Have you ever felt like giving up?
Like the only solution possible is to stop?
We've all been there at one point in our lives, and it's definitely not a pretty place to be. The cold reality feels like a hurricane whirring against your chest, just by giving up on something that is precious to you, such as a talent, a goal, or even giving up on somebody.
It's OK to give up sometimes.
Stop torturing yourself from trudging on your journey. Stop for a moment, sit down. Lie on your back, gaze at the stars. See where you've come. And once you feel ready to fight, stand up, and conquer your goal.
You've got so much waiting for you, and by completely giving up, that won't ever help you achieve the person you want to be, or the dream you want to obtain.
Ask yourself: Do I really need this? Do I want this? Will this make me a better person?
If answers are all yes, then you shouldn't give up. A lack of motivation to keep you going is nothing compared to the obstacles you'll soon be conquering later down on your journey. You're a fighter. And you may think not, but we've got a spirit of a warrior deep inside, it may just hadn't been sparked yet.
But if it's a toxic person or relationship you're talking about, like mentioned earlier, it's OK to give up.
Remember, you are strong. You are courageous. And it's OK to give up sometimes.
